Custom Orders: We manufacture jewelry based on your provided designs, specifications, and preferences. Once the design is finalized, we begin the production process.
Prototypes & Samples: Before full-scale production begins, we provide prototypes or samples for approval. This ensures that the final product aligns with your expectations.
Manufacturing Process: Our services include various stages of production, such as casting, polishing, setting stones, and finishing. We work with a range of metals and materials to bring your jewelry designs to life.

4. Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance: When you place an order with us, we will send you an order confirmation. This acknowledgment confirms that we have received your order, but it does not signify that we have accepted it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Pricing & Payment Terms: Pricing will be provided in a detailed quote after discussing the specifics of your order. We may require a deposit before starting production, with the balance due upon completion. Payments can be made through agreed-upon methods, such as bank transfer or other business payment channels.
Custom Orders & Payments: Custom orders require a deposit to initiate the manufacturing process. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or shipment of the finished product.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Lead Time & Delivery: The estimated lead time for completing an order will depend on the complexity and volume of the jewelry. We will provide you with an estimated timeline, but please note that delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as material availability or shipping delays.
Shipping & Handling: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the delivery location and selected shipping method. Shipping charges and taxes, if applicable, will be added to the final invoice.
Risk of Loss: Once your order is shipped, the risk of loss or damage during transit transfers to the customer. If a shipment is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

6. Quality Assurance

Usage of Branding & Logos: You may not use VYRA Jewels's name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

We understand the importance of confidentiality in the jewelry industry. Any proprietary designs, materials, or business information shared with us will be kept confidential. We will not share your designs or business details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Cancellations & Terminations

Order Cancellations: Once production has begun, cancellations are not always possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations may be subject to fees based on the work already completed.
Contract Termination: Either party may terminate a contract if there is a significant breach of terms. In such cases, any work completed up to that point must be paid for.

10. Limitation of Liability

VYRA Jewels is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order or service in question.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or shipping disruptions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamilnadu, India. By using our services, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the resolution of any disputes.
